Preliminary planning, design planning, preparation of permit applications, realization planning, preparation of assignments, contract assistance, project supervision and supervision of buildings.
This construction project aims to build a research greenhouse (ground area of 806,4 square meters) for the Max-Planck-Institut (MPI) for chemical ecology in Jena. The new research greenhouse serves the expansion of the existing trail area of the MPI in Jena.
The greenhouse was constructed with technical equipment to resemble a greenhouse-block according to the VENLO-construction style and is sub-classified by beaks and separation walls. The research greenhouse complex contains four greenhouse-chambers to cultivate plants, a connecting access floor, a preparation areal for upstream and downstream crop-cultivational work including a soil storage unit, an engineering room, a separate room for the installation of an autoclave, an office, a laboratory, a phytochamber as well as sanitary installations.
The research greenhouse meets the requirements of the security level S1 according to the Genetic-Engineering Security decree (GenTSV). The laboratory also corresponds to the requirements of the GenTSV as well as it does to the official requirements of laboratory construction.
