This construction project involved the refurbishment of an existing greenhouse along with the construction of a new greenhouse.

The refurbishment measures encompassed renewal of the entire external shell and the ridge ventilation along both sides, the floor, and the required technical facilities.

The new structural shell and the technical equipment in the existing greenhouse are based on the very latest technology.

A second construction phase involved building a new FischGlasHaus greenhouse including the HVAC facilities onto the existing greenhouse as an extension.

The new research greenhouse features a VENLO design and is divided into six different cabins, one working area connecting corridor, and a connecting corridor with the partitioning of two utility rooms.
